Take Shape For Life is a
company combining food products and an infrastructure of physician and Health
Advisor support, to address the need for people to achieve and maintain a
healthy weight and eating habits.
The products with which the Take Shape For Life program helps you to reach your
health oriented goals, are the Medifast meal replacements, nutritionally
balanced supplements in a range of foods such as oatmeal, chili, soups, bars,
and shakes.
Requirements
- Purchase a sales Pak (minimum $99)
- Must complete the Basic Product Knowledge Exam developed by The
Health Institute, within 30 days
